Privacy Policy

What we store

• Account: your email, a securely hashed password (or your sign-in with our auth provider) and your room address.
• Rooms: the layout of your room — furniture, colors, links and texts — as a draft and, when you publish, as a public version.
• Files you upload (photos, videos, music, documents, pet photos): stored so guests can open them. Published files are public by their link.
• Room stats: daily counts of visits and clicks on objects. We do not record who the visitors are.

Photos of pets

Your pet is cut out of the photo and recognised (breed and coat colors) right in your browser — the photo itself is not sent anywhere. A 3D pet is stored as a few parameters (breed, colors, outfit). If you publish a figurine from a photo, only the cut-out image is stored with your room.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

• a session cookie that keeps you signed in (httpOnly, not readable by scripts);
• a language cookie that remembers the language you chose.

Technical data

Our servers see your IP address and browser type while handling requests. We use them briefly to protect the service from abuse (rate limits) and, for language, the country your hosting provider reports. We do not build profiles.

Who processes data for us

• hosting and database/file storage (for example Vercel and Supabase);

Your rights

You can see and change your room at any time and unpublish it from the studio.

We keep data while your account exists; deleted rooms and files are removed from backups within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will tell you before the change takes effect.
